GII Accepted as Affiliate by Incubator Emerging Technology Centers
Washington, DC (16 January, 2006) - The Emerging Technology Centers (www.etcbaltimore.com) accepted GII's application to assist the company in launching DiligenceFast(TM), the foreign investment project due diligence tool, to the global market. The affiliate program includes assistance in attracting angel investors and other venture capitalists to fund GII's growing operations.
The ETC, a venture of Baltimore Development Corporation, is a non-profit business incubator program with two separate incubator facilities, focused on growing early-stage technology and biotechnology companies in Baltimore City. The ETC incubators offer fully wired office and industrial space for participating companies at below market rates.
ETC companies enjoy flexible leases, shared basic services and equipment, tech support, and on-site management. The ETC also offers companies access to customized business and technical assistance – all geared to the specialized needs of each company. PT Consulting Company Reorganized per Article 351 as Gainer Industries, Inc.
Washington, DC (December 29, 2005) - PT Consulting Co. (PTC.), the Washington, DC consulting firm, announced that it was reorganized per Article 351 as Gainer Industries, Incorporated (GII), a Delaware corporation.
The reorganization strengthens Gainer Industries, Inc., a foreign investment developer and U.S. federal contractor. It also provides GII with PTC's institutional capacity and decade-long international business experience. The new corporation also owns the trademark DiligenceFast™, a pioneer project due diligence tool for investments in high-risk markets.
GII's client portfolio now includes multilateral investment banks, international development organizations, and U.S. federal agencies engaged in enterprise development in emerging markets.
The firm is presently engaged in venture capital intake to fund its enlarged operational capacity in the headquarters in Washington, D.C., while continuing business development and ongoing contractual obligations.
